People have been shying away from speaking about Sarkodie’s legendary ‘open-secret’ stingy nature, but Yvonne Nelson has just hit the nail on the head.
The actress called Sarkodie out in a recent interview on Asaase Radio; not minding the consequences from Sarkodie himself or his SarkNation fan base.
Yvonne disclosed that Sarkodie showed her some pepper which convinced her that he’s just as stingy as rumoured.
Yvonne is currently promoting a self-produced movie, starring herself, John Dumelo and Majid Michel in lead roles. And she’s currently on a media tour promoting the movie, as well as carrying out social media and other forms of PR.
And speaking during one of such instances on Asaase Radio in Accra, Yvonne Nelson claimed that she asked Sarkodie to help in promoting the movie by doing a freestyle on twitter spaces and he refused to help. And according to Yvonne, it’s because Sarkodie is p3p33 – local slang for stingy.
Sarkodie has been called p3p33 for a long time and he’s embraced it – he doesn’t care and does what he feels is good for him.
