Dancehall king, Shatta Wale would be spending the next 7 days behind bars after a court remanded him for one week following his “unnecessary” fake gun attack early this week.
Shatta Wale appeared before court today for his first hearing after he took the whole country by storm after faking a gun attack on the 18th of October 2021.
And after the hearing, he was bundled into a police van waiting to take him to prison custody.
Meanwhile in viral videos, Shatta Wale while being escorted by police officers into the van chanted; “I wanna Fuvking Go to Jail For Life!“
Shatta Wale and his accomplices Nana Dope, Gangee and another SM militant were denied bail by an Accra circuit court; and remanded them in prison custody for one week.
According to the Ghana Police; Shatta Wale and three others were “remanded following a request by the police for their continued detention due to ongoing investigations on their alleged involvement in the publication of false information with the intention to cause fear and panic.”
Probably, Shatta Wale will not be lucky; and will be used as scapegoat to serve as a deterrent to other entertainers who are planning to take the whole nation to ransom in similar style.
