WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram apps belonging to Mark Zuckerberg went off for over 6 hours yesterday October 4th 2021 as most users could not access them.
The issue was caused by online outage trackers affecting users globally.
Ghanaian actress Nikki Samonas has reared to the social media outage (Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp), and says the outage goes to prove that some people including herself can’t live without social media.

Hence, Nikki Samonas has advised that people should begin looking for backup avenues to work and entertain themselves.
Nikki Samonas made this assertion on her Twitter handle; and asked her followers if they could suggest alternatives of Facebook, IG and Whatsapp.
Nikki Samonas’ tweet reads: “Social Media outage!! This just proves how “some of us” can’t live without social media. We better start looking for backup avenues to work or entertain ourselves.Any ideas or suggestions?”
