TV3 Date Rush has topped the trends in recent times since it became popular from last season.
The show is pre-produced and aired on TV3 every Sunday from 8:00pm to 10:00pm.
On a shot day, between 3 to 4 episodes are recorded whilst participants are paid for appearing on the show; and fed as well.
However, part 1 of this season’s Reunion was aired live on TV3 yesterday with the host Giovanni Caleb interviewing those who had dates on the show, and those who didn’t have dates on the show.
But during the show, Giovanni made this statement severally; “this is why the show is pre-recorded and it’s aired live”.
Well, he made this statement because some participants were using vulgar word on live TV. One male participant body-shamed his pair on the show; whilst some participants used free airtime to advertise themselves and what they do for a living.
It’s quiet obvious that when you pre-record, you are able to take off all these speeches that go against your viewing policy.
For those of you who watched part 1 of the reunion yesterday, you would attest to the fact that TV3 have every right and reason to pre-record their show since some of these things cannot be controlled during live production.
