Information reaching depunch.com has it that suspended broadcaster with Angel Broadcasting Network, Captain Smart, has resigned.
Captain Smart joined Angel Broadcasting Network in June 2020 in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Until his resignation, he was host of Angel FM’s morning show in the capital city, Accra.

He was recently asked to proceed on a 1 month break after influential persons in government began asking for his suspension due to how unpopular he was making the government on air.
He took to the Facebook page of his new TV station, Smart TV to make the announcement.

In other news, the broadcaster, Captain Smart who is currently with Media General’s Onua TV/FM interviewed a “ritualist” taxi driver who confessed to k!ll!ng a lot of people for ritual purposes.
The interview went viral and the police began investigations into the matter.
The “ritualist” taxi driver has since began been arraigned for court.
During his first appearance in court, he confessed to burying a pregnant woman live for ritual purposes after the former MP for Ashaiman constituency, Alfred Kwame Agbesi contracted him to do so.
