Kofi B to be Buried in November – Family Reveals

The family of deceased highlife musician Kofi B has announced November 6th to 8th, 2020 as the dates for his final funeral rites.

However, this announcement did not come without a stern warning to the general public.

In a presentation, the family will not sit down and watch anyone use Kofi’s funeral to enrich themselves. Because according to them, a lot of people took advantage of his One Week Celebration to enrich themselves.

According to his uncle Mr. Kwame Addo, the family has not given anyone instructoins to sell T-Shirts or branded items. Hence, the general public should also desist from buying any such items.

He further stated that anyone who goes contrary to this rule and sell Kofi B’s branded items before or during his funeral or tries to capitalize on the occasion to enrich himself will definitely face the law.

Kofi B will be buried in his hometown of Asante Akyem; Agogo in the Ashanti Region on the 7th of November, 2020. The thanksgiving service will follow on Sunday at the same location.

In other news, Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale has disclosed that his colleague, Stonebwoy personally told him to call him “Apakye” on stage. So he doesn’t understand why he later got emotional about the whole fiasco.

According to Shatta, Stonebwoy knew very well that he was going to call him “cripple”; likewise, he was going to be insulted using his mouth. And Shatta disclosed that because he knew it was purely for business purpose, he did not add emotions to “cloud” the bigger picture.

In short, all that they presented on the day of the Assase Sound Clash was scripted; both himself and Stonebwoy had the understanding that they were going to act to ride on popularity.

He was speaking during an interview on Zylofon FM yesterday.
