Attention seeking actress Salma Mumin has eaten the humble pie after retracting her earlier claim that MTN Ghana had stolen GHc10,000 from her business MoMo account.
It will be recalled that Salma Mumin recently tarnished the image of the Telecommunication giants after she lied about some GHc10,000 vanishing from her MoMo account. But after initial investigations, it was discovered that these claims were all false.
As a result, MTN Ghana threatened to sue the “Slay Queen”; that is if she did not retract and apologize to them within 24 hours.
And lo and behold, for the obvious reason of not having money to defend a lawsuit, Salma quickly apologized.
Some Tweets monitored by depunch.com alleged that Salma’s “Papa No” lied to her about sending her the said amount of money.
But due to the fact that she trusts her “Papa No” so much; and after waiting for sometime without seeing the money reflect in her MoMo account, she decided to make a public fiasco of the whole issue.
Now, see the shame she’ll have to face.
When will our celebs stop disgracing themselves in public? When will they stop putting themselves up for public ridicule? Putting out a blatant lie to the public domain is an image tarnisher.
