The Bank of Ghana has warned the general public about the ongoing “World Remit” fraudulent scheme.
According to the communique issued by the Bank of Ghana, customers are encouraged to select preferred packages after which a code is generated by the fraudster with which they obtain the WhatsApp accounts of their victims for spurious purposes.

The general public is hereby advised not to patronize these services or other similar schemes.
