VIDEO: Watch Embarrassing Moment When Ghana Fire Service Personnel Arrived In A Taxi To Douse Fire

It is becoming almost evident day in day out that nothing is working properly in Ghana. 

A video has hit social media showing personnel of the Ghana Fire Service arrive in a hired taxi to douse fire. 

The building which had been burning for sometime before their arrival had no hope to be salvaged as they only arrived with a fire extinguisher in hand.
