A suspected internet fraudster has gone mad as shown in a recent video posted on Instagram.
The video shows the young man running out of his car, taking off his trousers and taking his pants down as he started running around, while screaming some words.
Details of his predicament are scanty at the moment but whatever it is, he needs immediate help.
