Kumasi Asante Kotoko gaffer Prosper Narteh Ogum has eulogized his safest pair of hands, Razak Abalora for their consecutive third win in the Ghana Premier League after they beat newly-promoted side Bibiani Gold Stars at Dun’s park by a lone goal, courtesy Isaac Oppong.

Razak Abalora gallantly rose up to the  occasion severally to keep Kotoko in the game. His restless efforts merited him a Black Stars call-up as he has become the fan’s favorites since he arrived from Azam FC in the Tanzanian Premier League.

According to coach Prosper Narteh Ogum, he is relieved when Abalora is in the post for the “Porcupine Warriors” because his decision-making, confidence, positioning, footwork, and ball works are superb.

“For Razak, that is why he is part of the team and that is his responsibility. When your last man of defense is beaten, it’s his responsibility to keep the team in the game”, Prosper Ogum said. 

“Fortunately, that is what he exactly did both in the first half and the second half; and Kudos to him. I like his confidence, I like him bravely, I like his judgment and his anticipation. He is a great, wonderful goalkeeper”, Prosper Ogum further stated. 

Razak Abalora has kept the post in all three games for Fabulous this season. He has conceded one goal, kept two clean sheets, and won all three matches for his side.
