Ama Aboagye DaCosta is Ghana’s youngest lawyer and there is no halting for her as she has already began her promising career.

Ama was born on 17th April, 1999 in Abuja where her father Gilbert Aboagye DaCosta lived at the time as the Nigeria correspondent for CNN and Associated Press.

Her family returned to Ghana in 2010 and she enrolled at the Grace Preparatory School, East Legon. She later gained admission to Aburi Girls in 2012 where she was an outstanding student in both arts and the Sciences. She also speaks very good French.

She gained admission to study Law at the University of Ghana in 2015 shortly after she turned 16 years. 

She graduated in 2019 and gained admission into the Ghana Law School the same year.

Ama comes from a family of lawyers and journalists as both her parents are lawyers and journalists.
