A video has surfaced on social media showing five Police officers of the MTTD unit struggle to handcuff a civilian for driving without a license.
In the video, the well-built man was refusing arrest and lo and behold, they couldn’t fix the cuffs on his hand.
It is quiet an issue of grave concern because if these policemen who are supposed to be professionals couldn’t arrest this man, how more a riot situation when it arises?
The incident reportedly occurred in Dansoman, Accra.
