Ghanaian award winning rapper Sarkodie has disclosed everything surrounding how he was scammed into receiving a fake UN Award. And despite the fact that it wasn’t from the United Nations, he says he’s still going to keep the fake Award.
The fake UN Awards was the talk of town some months ago when some top personalities in Ghana were gathered together in Accra and presented with some fake awards.
Narrating how the whole thing happened during his “No Pressure” album party media tour in the Ashanti Region yesterday, Sarkodie stated that he received the mail and as is always done, his manager Angelo told him they should attend the ceremony. Hence he had no option than to honor the invitation.
He further stated that upon getting to the venue, he saw some things were off for him. But looking at the personalities present at the time, he decided to ignore his fear and stay on for the show.
He even joked about how he told one of his boys, Black, about the size of Dr. UN’s coat size.
