The President of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo-Addo is currently making the headlines for the wrong reason.
In a video circulating on social media, the President who was obviously tired and exhausted was seen struggling to get the ribbon with his scissors during a sod-cutting ceremony.
In the video, the president had to attempt 5 times before he could finally cut the ribbon.
