Award winning Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has stated that he won’t pay tithe to a church even though he acknowledges the role God has played in his enviable career. 

The Ghanaian act whilst talking about the secrete behind his teeming fans and success said; “It is God because the voice of the people is the voice of God”.

Shatta Wale further stressed on the aforesaid quote saying; “People say a whole of things about me but what you think of me, others don’t see it that way … there is someone, somewhere who wants to supports Shatta Wale regardless; so when I go somewhere, those spirits come together”.

The “Borjor” singer believes so much in the love he gets from his fans; and has vowed to spray cash on the streets for people to grab rather than take the money somewhere as tithe and offerings.

I have told myself that any day the tithe that I will take to church, I will rather spray it on the streets,” he said.
