A Ghanaian Evangelist Prince Adu Asare has found himself wanting after he boldly dented the image of two Ga communities; Teshie and Nungua. According to Evangelist Prince, these two communities are a den for witches.
Evangelist Prince was then invited before the overlord of the Gadangbe State, Nuumo Gborbu Wulomo-Shitse the Ga Traditional Council to defend his claims; a stance he could not defend.
During the course of his interrogation, he claimed that all what he said was lies because he has no prove to his claims.
As a result, the Evangelist has been charged to pay GHc100,000 with 25 white fowls, 7 sheep 7 goats and other assorted items.
Quiet recently, Ghanaian female gospel singer Diana Asamoah found herself in a similar soup after she spoke ill about the homowo festival which has already began with the ban on noise making.
Hwew!!! Looks like the Ga Traditional Council is fed up of being taken for granted; and are ready to face anyone who disrespects them.
