Ghana’s queen of interviews, Deloris Frimpong Manso has interviewed Ghana’s biggest TikTok influencer, Janet Awuku Offei aka Erkuah Official.
During the interview, the 22-year-old lady disclosed that she currently has over 2.7 million followers and still counting with Nigeria topping the list, followed by Ghana, South Africa and other countries.
She disclosed that boredom at home made her start making videos on TikTok.
Speaking about her rise to fame, she disclosed that she did a skit to a South African song on TikTok. The video trended for a week and shot her TikTok following from 1,000 to 89,000 followers.
Known in real life as Janet Awuku Offei, she stated that when she posted the video, it didn’t make any traction that evening. She initially had plans of deleting the video but decided to sleep over it. In the morning when she woke up, the video had already gone viral.
Erkuah Official is currently a level 300 student in the University of Ghana, Legon studying Political Science. She has dreams of working for a government organization.
She debunked rumors that her net worth is $200,000 as is being reported on social media. She made more revelations during the interview.
