US-based Ghanaian social media influencer Twene Jonas seems to have bitten more than he can chew; after he gathered the balls to insult the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu (II).
It will be recalled that Twene Jonas went live on social media to describe the Asantehene as a “f00l” for hypocritically preaching against chiefs who give their lands to people for galamsey, and doing same.
This jab did not go well with a lot of well meaning Ghanaians who have since rebuked him for attacking the Asantehene.
One man even went to the extent of cursing Twene Jonas with eggs and a bottle of schnapps.
The latest to address the issue is Otumfuo’s Nkwantakesehene. And according to him, Twene Jonas will not go free until he flies in from the USA to come and kneel before the Asantehene to ask for forgiveness.
