Tom Sizemore — first-class recognized for his work in Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, and Strange Days — has been hospitalized.

Sizemore, 61, is in a necessary situation in intensive care following an intelligence aneurysm, his rep established to People on Sunday, including that it is a “wait-and-see situation.”

Sizemore collapsed at his domestic at two a.m. on Saturday, in accordance to TMZ, who had been the first to record the story.
