Award winning Ghanaian dancehall artiste and CEO of Burniton Music Group, Stonebwoy has still chosen to remain tight-lipped about what really transpired between himself and his protege, Kelvyn Boy. The two have been at loggerheads since 2019, with both parties jabbing each other on social media.
Things went out of hand when Kelvyn Boy was slapped by Bossu Kelly, Stonebwoy’s former bodyguard, after performing at a show in Ashiaman.
In the midst of all the brouhaha surrounding their separation, Kelvyn Boy rendered a public apology on social media. However, Stonebwoy is adamant that he only did that to court public sympathy.
Meanwhile in the studios of HitzFM on Monday 22nd August, 2022, Stonebwoy was asked again what happened and his current relationship with Kelvyn Boy.
And he responded by saying; ”I did not want to talk about this matter for a very long time. And I’ve not been talking about it. People know where they climb from, and they know how to descend. Don’t let the in-between fool you.”
After further probing, because the topic on the discussion was ego, Stonebwoy repeated, “That’s why I’m dropping it like that. Let me just wrap it up again. People know where they climb from. They know how to drop. Don’t let the in-between fool you.”
“They say the place you climb, you will know where to come back down. That’s all I can say. So let the wise be wise. But in the process, be careful, don’t be fooled,” he concluded.
