Reverend Father Balthazar Obeng Larbi, the disgraced “Holy Kiss” Anglican priest in viral video where he kissed the lips of female students of St. Monica’s College of Education during church service actually holds some big positions in Ghana Education Service – Ashanti Region.
And according to broadcaster Bridget Otoo, “The reverend minister is the legal counsel for GES, Ashanti region he ironically is part of the disciplinary committee of GES. He writes all letters for GES in the Ashanti Region. His image is what u see there. In his wig next to the Bishop”.
This latest info comes on the back of him being relieved of his duties as Chaplain of St. Monica’s College of Education after the distasteful video went viral on the internet.
The Anglican Church of Ghana has also launched investigations into the matter and if found guilty, he will be punished for the act.
