Constable Emmanuel Osei was killed by armed robbers on the 14th of June 2021 around the Korle-Bu area in a broad day robbery case.
People who knew him in person have been speaking about him and how energetic he was during his days in school.
Speaking to depunch.com exclusively, a school mate of the late Emmanuel Osei described him as a fun-loving person who was always ready to join in jama sessions.
He offered Mechanical Engineering and majored in Plant Engineering in Takoradi Technical University.
Affectionately called Kobby, Constable Emmanuel Osei completed his Engineering studies in 2018; and was the chief drummer in his Hall of residence, Ahanta Hall.
