Alicia Keys’ new and highly anticipated Broadway musical, Hell’s Kitchen received the praise of none other than the famous TV host, Oprah Winfrey.
The Oprah Winfrey Show host took to her official Instagram account on Sunday, April 21 and shared a wholesome message of support about the performance.
“You know it’s a great show when you wake up the next morning humming the songs,” wrote Oprah of the show which opened to reviews at the Shubert Theatre in New York City the day before.
Along with a poster of Key’s Broadway show, Oprah uploaded a series of pictures featuring Hell’s Kitchen opening celebrations.
In the first picture of the carousel shows a click of Oprah posing at the afterparty with friends, Michelle Obama and Gayle King, as well as Keys, Keys’ mother, Terria Joseph and Keys’ husband, Swizz Beatz.
The 70-year-old media personality further wrote, “I’m so proud and happy for you and what you so artfully accomplished with your new Broadway musical @hellskitchenbway — surrounded by a team of fantastics and a spectacular cast.”
“Brava, Brava, my friend, many times over,” Oprah Winfrey concluded.
