In the photo, Wendy Shay wore a black dress as she held a cigar and blew out smoke from her mouth and nostrils.
The photo is believed to be a scene from her upcoming music video for her song ‘Survivor’.
As usual, Ghanaians on social media have began trolling Wendy Shay and tagged her as a chronic smoker.
Others also eulogized her for her creativity whiles others used the opportunity to advise her to desist from smoking.
