Former first lady of the Republic of Ghana, Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings and the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo were the center of attraction during the Founders’ Day Luncheon when they hit the dancefloor to dance together.
The two were spotted smiling infectiously at each other as they unleashed simple dance moves to wow other distinguished guests present at the ceremony during the performance of highlife legend, Gyedu Blay Ambolley.
The Founders’ Day Luncheon was organized to honor senior citizens; but two state personalities cemented ties and bonds by hitting the dancefloor to shake off the stress that comes with being high profile politicians
Founders’ Day is marked in memory of the successive generations of Ghanaians who contributed to the liberation of the country from colonial rule.
