According to a publication on Angelonline, wife of broadcaster and YouTuber Kofi Adoma, Mrs. Miracle Adoma collapsed out of shock shortly after realizing that she was being trailed by some unknown assailants.
The news further narrates that Mrs. Miracle Adoma was driving home when she suddenly noticed some unidentified men driving a black car following her around Agbogba, the same area her husband was attacked nearly a week ago.
Sensing danger, she quickly drove to the Agbogba Police station to seek refuge there. Per the narration, officers on duty were dispatched to escort her home but she collapsed along the way out of shock and was rushed to a nearby health facility.
Miracle was detained for a while before she was allowed to go home when she became fully fit.
This unfortunate development comes days after Kofi Adoma who is the Director of Angel Broadcasting Network’s News suffered the same fate.
Recall that the police issued a press statement to this effect and assured the general public that an investigation has been launched to bring the culprits to book.
“The Police are investigating alleged attacks by some unknown persons on Stephen Kofi Adoma, a staff of Angel Broadcasting Network on 6th August 2022 at Old Ashongman Village in Accra.”
“Investigation into the alleged incident commenced immediately the matter came to the attention of the Police,” the police service added in the statement.
The incident is reported to have occurred on Saturday, August 6, 2022, when unknown assailants, riding on a motorbike, allegedly attacked the journalist with sharp objects and tried to set him ablaze.
Kofi Adoma was returning from Kuntunse to Accra at the time.
