Like Vultures, the follow-up album of Ty Dolla $ign and Ye is delayed yet again. However, following fans’ pressure the latter may have confirmed the date of the release which is 3 May.
It comes after an online user posed as rapper Baby Keem asked the Donda hitmaker about the release date.
“We in the lab now with it,” the Grammy winner responded. “Gonna release in May […] May 3rd […] When can we go in […] Should we do Praise God 2mrw.”
Moments later the 46-year-old realized the person in question was not his friend, “Bro […] I thought you were Keem,” he said.
Apart from that, the tracks of the forthcoming album Vultures have made their way to the internet.
But, a fan page of Kanye West called Ye Fanatics said these songs were not officially released by the pair.
“The songs from Vultures 2 that were released yesterday are from a fan group,” the account posted online.
“The audios are distorted and sound bad. A Vultures producer contacted me today to clarify this. We hope to see a change in the next few hours or we will have to wait a little longer for the album to be available.”
