Edward Christopher Sheeran MBE (/rn/; born 17 February 1991) is a renowned singer, actor, and songwriter from England.
He found love for music when he was eleven, having been born in Halifax, West Yorkshire, and raised in Framlingham, Suffolk. Ed Sheeran released the extended play No. 5 Collaborations Project in early 2011. The following year, he signed with Asylum Records.

Early Life & Education

He usually performed in small venues and later collaborated with Leddra Chapman, an English songwriter and musician. He also studied at the prestigious Academy of Contemporary Music in Guildford, Surrey, England.
In April 2010, he traveled to Los Angeles for a poetry night. Following his performance, Jamie Foxx, a well-known American actor, and comedian, who was impressed by him, invited him to use his recording studio.
