Nigerian Superstar Davido has broken the social distancing order as directed by the President of Nigeria. The “Assurance” hitmaker in collaboration with his 30BG Group organized a birthday party for his baby mama Chioma.
Chioma Avril Rowland turned a year older today April 30th, 2020; and Davido could not hold back his joy but celebrate the love of his life. On social media, Davido heaped so much praises on Chioma and tagged her as the strongest person he knows. He added that if not for the lock down, he would have toppled Nigeria over.
Well, Davido has still managed to turn Nigeria upside down even in the midst of the lock down. He threw a birthday party for his baby mama Chioma as videos that hit social media showed his crew closely together and making merry.
The party was put together as a welcome for Chioma as they are reuniting after she tested negative for corona virus; it was her birthday as well.
Nigeria continues to remain in lock down in a bid to observe the social distancing order. This is to help curb community spread of COVID-19.
It will be recalled that about a month ago, Nigerian actress and Producer Funke Akindelle Bello and her hubby JJC Skillz got arrested and faced the law for violating the lock down order to celebrate JJC Skillz birthday in grand style.
And many Nigerians called for their arrest; and indeed, they got arrested after calls from the general public intensified.
Well, just days later and Davido has found himself in the same soup. It is not likely that his billionaire dad Adedeji Adeleke’s status in society will influence the decision to arrest him or let him go.
But does he care? His case is similar to that of a football player who scores the golden goal for his team in the finals of a competition. Such a player is sure to take off his shirt after scoring that all important goal; he cares less about the yellow card he will receive.
