DaBaby seemingly reacted to Brandon Bills’ update by announcing that he will drop a new song called ‘LAWSUIT’ on Wednesday, August 28. The rapper teased the record on Instagram with a video of him dressed in black and cruising around in a luxurious car.

Details On Brandon Bill’s Lawsuit Update Against DaBaby
DaBaby’s response comes just a few days after In Touch Weekly revealed documents showing Brandon’s $4 million request.
Brandon Bills filed a civil lawsuit against his niece’s father in February 2022, shortly after the brawl.
At the time, TMZ exclusively reported that Brandon claimed the brawl caused him physical and psychological harm, but the outlet did not reveal how much money he was seeking.
Brandon is reportedly seeking $2 million in damages and an additional $2 million in special damages. He claims the fight caused him “severe injuries, psychological damage, and medical bills,” according to In Touch Weekly.
Additionally, Brandon claimed he’d faced difficulties serving the musician with the lawsuit. In April, he requested the court’s permission to post a notice in a local newspaper to notify DaBaby about the lawsuit, per Radar Online. The outlet reported that Bills has been attempting to serve DaBaby since July 2023.
Here’s What Went Down During The 2022 Bowling Alley Brawl
Roommates, if you recall, video footage from the February 2022 bowling alley brawl showed Baby throwing the first punch at Brandon after a verbal exchange.
Brandon staggered from the impact, and the video showed DaBaby and his crew kicking and punching him on the slippery bowling alley lanes. Another clip captured a man yanking Brandon’s hair and slamming his head and body against the lanes.
Just days after the fight went viral, DaBaby told paparazzi he acted in “self-defense.” The ‘BOP’ artist affirmed that “You shouldn’t run around threatening people.”
Before the altercation with DaBaby, Brandon criticized him on social media. His comments began after Baby live-streamed a heated argument with DaniLeigh in November 2021.
